Before you begin:
Congratulations on your offer of admission to the Western-Fanshawe Collaborative Bachelor of Nursing program at the Fanshawe site. We are pleased to offer you a guaranteed room in residence for the 2022-2023 academic year. You must complete this application form within three weeks of having received your offer of admission in order to qualify for guaranteed residence.
Please note that at this time you DO NOT need to complete a separate application online via the Residence Application Portal. At a later date you will receive further communications from the Residence Acceptance Team instructing you on your next steps in the acceptance process.
