Fanshawe College has partnered with MyCreds™ to process transcript requests. Paper copies are no longer available and official transcripts will now be issued digitally for you to share and print.
Transcripts required to support an Ontario College Application Service (OCAS) and Ontario University Application Center (OUAC) application to a program at an Ontario college or university must be requested as part of the application process. Please refer to the appropriate application center website for more information.
All other requests may be made by completing this form.
The transcript is issued with the legal name. Preferred names are not considered.
