Complete this form to order a digital or physical replacement copy of a graduation credential. Please note that credentials cannot be issued to students with account or fee restrictions.
Digital Credentials
Your digital credential will be sent via MyCreds, a secure digital document wallet for certifying, sharing, and verifying academic credentials. You will receive an email directly from MyCreds once your credential has been issued, typically within 7 business days. This email will be sent to the primary email address on your Fanshawe College student record.
If you haven’t received an email from MyCreds within 7 business days, or if there are any issues with your digital document, please email records@fanshawec.ca.
Physical Credentials
If you are a student who has graduated from a program within the last year and have not yet received your document, please do not fill out this form. Originals are held for up to one year at no charge and are available for pickup at the London Campus, Office of the Registrar, Room E1012 which is open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
If ordering a replacement copy of your document, there is a $50.00 reprint charge. You will be contacted regarding payment, at which time courier charges (if applicable) will be calculated based on your address. If you haven’t received any contact regarding payment within 10 business days, please email convocation@fanshawec.ca.
Once fees have been paid, there is a 10 business day turnaround for Fanshawe to process your credential. **Please note that if you are ordering a reprint during peak time (June, July, October and November), the turnaround time could be up to 4 weeks. If your document is being sent via courier, you can expect to receive it within 1-2 weeks (Canada) and 2+ weeks (international). Signature is required upon delivery.
